The 2026 Winter Magic Festival will be held on Saturday, 20 June 2026. You will need to complete this business appliaction. If you have any questions, please reach out at the end of this application.
You will need to upload a copy of your insurance. You may also upload a picture of your stall to help us provide you a suitable location, as well a sales brochure, or a menu if you provide food. We may use this in our publicity of the event. If you do not want to this exposure, then please only upload your insurance.
As we receive many applications, please ensure the names of any files you upload begin with your business name or ABN so we can locate your documents quickly.
Site costs for Winter Magic are yet to be determined. We will notify you once site costs are determined and before site agreements are released. You must to complete this form to be on the notification list. If you have any other questions, please message us below.
