Born in Dublin, Ireland 1955. A well-known musician, artist and academic. Playing mandola mandocello guitar and banjo. Supported on tours with the Dubliners, Fureys, Stockton’s Wing, Foster and Alan, Andy Irvine.
Played in bands with iconic Australian artists Jim Moginie, Doc Neeson, Dave Toohill, Steve Coburn and others. Featured as centre fold in Catholic Weekly in the 80s.
Generally, a gentleman and scholar (and babe magnet).
