JOSHUA JOSHUA is an independent solo electronic artist from Bullaburra in the misty Blue Mountains, Australia. Fresh off creating an interactive visual album with his band Enerate, JOSHUA JOSHUA found it time for introspection and set off writing his debut solo album ‘Rush’ – A genre-bending dreamy journey exploring themes of identity, toxic masculinity and sexuality in the 2020’s.
His live set takes the form of an indie-disco pop show, and ramps up to a casual party rave. JOSHUA JOSHUA has a high energy stage presence, stemming from his somewhat chaotic dance moves, and honest delivery and performance. He pairs his set with a bespoke visuals show, heightening the experience and taking the crowd into his flashy colourful mind for the duration, leaving you wanting more, excited, and a little confused. His chaotic disco punk rave has seen him play iconic rooms such as Oxford Art Factory, Summer Studios Live and The Baroque Room.
JOSHUA JOSHUA’s latest single “Dreams” is out now. The debut album “Rush” is slated for release late 2022, coming to you on all streaming services, plus vinyl.
